What we collect

• Your email address, when you subscribe to the daily digest.
• An optional name, only if you provide one.
• Subscription state — whether you are subscribed, pending or unsubscribed — and the dates those values changed.

What we do with it

Your email address is used to send the daily digest and, occasionally, essential service messages about the digest itself. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber lists with third parties, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

Where it is stored

Subscriber records are stored in our application database, operated by our hosting and data providers under contract. Access is limited to the administrators of Daily F1 News.

How long we keep it

We keep your record while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum record needed to honour that request. You may ask us to delete it entirely at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the data associated with your email address by writing to privacy@dailyf1.news. Every digest email also contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies

The public website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. A single session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in to the admin area.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it on this page and, where appropriate, in the digest itself. See also our Terms and Disclaimer.
